Motherhood, Fitness, and Nutrition: My Postpartum Journey

Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Jenell, and I am a wife and mom living in Baltimore, Maryland. As a new mom getting to know her new life and body, I have been on a postpartum journey that has had its ups and downs. From navigating the challenges of sleepless nights to trying to figure out the best way to take care of my baby girl, it has been a journey full of learning and growth.Through it all, I have found that staying active and taking care of my body has been key to improving my physical and mental well-being.

In addition to my workouts, I have also been exploring the benefits of a plant-based diet. As someone who has been increasingly interested in healthy eating over the last few years, I wanted to find a way to nourish my body and provide the best possible example for my family. So, I have been on a journey to transition to a plant-based diet, and I am excited to share my experiences with you.
